Background
The Brushes - Brooms Workshop was created in 1952 aiming for the integration of visually-impaired individuals in
the production process. A major push in the growth of the workshop was received when the Royal Decree of 1954, states
that all the products produced be sold to the Armed Forces and to Public Sector Organizations. [ See Production
